Gartner’s most recent Gartner Peer Insights Voice of the Customer: CRM Lead Management, names Microsoft as a 2020 Customers’ Choice for CRM Lead Management. This recognition comes from the opinions and evaluations gathered under the Gartner Peer Insights program, which gathers opinions of actual users then identifies vendors and products that they rate highly.

As this graphic shows, customer feedback places Microsoft in the space where high review coverage and overall rating converge. Please take note that the companies are listed alphabetically.

Customers value our customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities

In the marketplace, Dynamics 365 continues to show high ratings in customer response. When our customers have a forum to express their views, they’ve indicated a willingness to recommend our app. One customer in the Gartner report wrote:

“Dynamics 365 affords me the ability to create, manage, and convert leads with little to no effort. The software aids me in the simplification of important sales tasks so they may be more efficiently handled. Dynamics 365 also runs a free trial which is incredibly helpful for getting comfortable with the software.”

Another customer in the Gartner report addressed the benefits of adding Dynamics 365:

“Easy to use platform with all your marketing efforts visible to sales and other departments. Customization is also great from lead/opportunity to contact/account.”

All of the customer comments to this Gartner Peer Insights distinction were submitted within the past 12 months, so we see a strong indication that the visibility and acceptance of Dynamics 365 is on the rise, a trend we expect will only increase as we introduce new and expanded features in Dynamics 365 2020 release wave 1.
