Terms and Conditions for Knowledge Hub

Welcome to the Knowledge Hub, a service provided by Coffee & Dunn, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Knowledge Hub, you (“user” or “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Recurring Payments

By submitting your credit card information to process payment, you agree to a recurring payment every 30 days until you cancel your subscription. Payments are processed securely through WPSimplePay.

2. Restrictions on Use of Content

All content within the Knowledge Hub is the exclusive property of Coffee & Dunn, Inc. Users agree not to copy, record, distribute, or otherwise share any content viewed within the Knowledge Hub with anyone other than the registered user. Unauthorized use of the content may result in termination of access and potential legal action.

3. Ownership of Content

All materials, resources, and content provided within the Knowledge Hub are owned by Coffee & Dunn, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Payment Processing

Payments for the Knowledge Hub are processed by WPSimplePay. By subscribing, you authorize WPSimplePay to charge your credit card on a recurring basis every 30 days until you cancel your subscription.

5. Termination of Service

To terminate your subscription, you must email us at hello@coffee-dunn.com at least seven (7) days before your next payment is scheduled. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Knowledge Hub for the remainder of the prepaid month of service. No prorated refunds will be provided for partial months of service.

6. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Knowledge Hub is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://coffee-dunn.com/privacy-policy. By using the Knowledge Hub, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Coffee & Dunn, Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Knowledge Hub. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Coffee & Dunn, Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Knowledge Hub. Use of the service is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Texas.

By accessing or using the Knowledge Hub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the service.
